Refund and Returns Policy

Delivery

 

Thank you for shopping at Bostan.
We prepare all items with utmost care and pack them carefully. We ensure that all orders received are delivered within 48 hours from the time of receiving the order (excluding Friday/Holidays). Our delivery associate will contact you on the registered mobile number to confirm the delivery location. However, if any item is refused by the customer while delivery by our agent, no refund will be provided.

Cancellation

 

Since we promise to deliver the order within 48 hours after receiving the order, cancellation, if any shall be done within 2 hours from placing the order by sending an email to sales@bostan.com.sa with supporting documents. Late cancellation will not be considered since the items have already been packed and dispatched after this time.

However, we suggest that the customer should carefully select his/her requirements and order only once sure about the requirements. This will avoid unnecessary hassles and delays in processing refund.

Return / Exchange

 

If you happen to accept your order and later wish to exchange or return of plants & products, we will offer no refund for the same. Instead, we offer exchange within the 24 hours of your purchase. If 24 hours have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered exchange of any kind.

Eligibility for returns/exchanges are:

  • We do not offer return/exchange where products are not defective.
  • The item/s must be unused and in the same condition that you received.
  • The item/s must be in the original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase or receipt is required to complete the return.
  • Only regular prices items may be refunded; sale items cannot be refunded.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return.

Refund

 

Once your return has been processed in accordance with our Returns Policy or in cases where you have chosen to cancel the order before dispatch in accordance with our Cancellation Policy, we will issue a refund/exchange as applicable. We issue the refund to the payment method that you chose when you made your order. The return & refund processing times are a minimum of 3-4 weeks. You will receive a confirmation by email. If you have paid with a credit card or other payment service providers, it can take some extra days for the money to appear in your account and the time it takes usually depends on your bank.
