Set-up and care

Setting it up

  1. Turn it over and unscrew the two threaded plugs underneath with a large flathead screwdriver. Keep the plugs.

  2. Hold it under water, face down, so it fills. Tilt and turn it until all the air is out.

  3. Screw both plugs back in until they sit flush with the base.

  4. Place it on your sun shelf, taking care not to scrape it on the pool surface.

Care

  • Use a soft brush or cloth. For routine cleaning, water is enough.
  • For a deeper clean, take it out of the pool and use a mild household cleaner or a melamine sponge.
  • A white, powdery film is calcium from the pool water. A calcium, lime and rust remover takes it off.
  • It can stay in the pool when you are not using it.
  • Take it out before you shock the pool, and put it back once chemical levels are normal.

How deep can the water be?

Each piece has its own limit, shown in the spec sheet on its page. Measure from the top of your sun shelf to the waterline. In water deeper than the limit, the furniture can drift or float.

Can I use it out of the water?

Yes. The lounger and the side table work on a dry pool deck or patio as well as in shallow water.

How do I clean it?

Rinse it with water for everyday cleaning, using a soft brush or cloth. For a deeper clean, take it out of the pool and use a mild household cleaner. A calcium remover takes care of any build-up.
